Quality of life change I'd like to request

To have the "open new tab" plus sign next to the right most tab instead of the right or left most extremities and have it be at the right extremity right after the scroll right arrow tab navigator when there are too many to fill the 14 tab threshold for "one" window space.

P.S. Unless this can be done in customize, please tell me how
